Hookah Project
starting from their initial design concepts
In late 2020, we encountered a project where a hookah vendor approached us with a request for plastic molding featuring soft surfaces. To achieve this effect, we innovatively implemented a technique known as silicone oil spraying.

Hair Styling Tool
Total Manufacturing in-house solution for a hair styling tool.
We helped our US customer create a hair styling device from design optimization to production and packaging. The device includes over 10 plastic parts, with optimized designs for manufacturability. We also collaborated to produce discs with crystals. Despite initial challenges, our production lines now run smoothly, yielding 20,000 units per month.

Telephone Case
One-stop Manufacturing Services
We successfully manufactured a telephone shell entirely in our factory. The key slots on the back were precisely crafted to ensure a responsive touch and prevent button failure.
We’ve produced several batches of plastic cases, and the customer is pleased to report a positive response, with no issues regarding the buckle and smooth operation.

Mixer project
One-stop manufacturing process
Our in-house crafted food mixer base includes plastic, rubber, and die-casting parts. The Zamark 3 metal housing is polished and chrome-plated. The black front panel, made from PC-ABS, has an optimized snap structure.
The silver plastic knob is chrome-plated ABS, and the black rubber parts are silicone. Initial success has led to ongoing collaboration, developing over a hundred molds for various product sets.
