Quality Control Process
Our quality system stands as an unwavering guarantee of consistency, regulatory compliance, and perpetual improvement.
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials or components are verified that they conform to the quality of the incoming product as expected. We will do visual check, dimensional check, functional check, material test such as hardness, characteristics,and others.
In-Manufacturing Inspection
In the manufacturing process, measurement of each mold parts and the electrodes is essential. Only when the dimension of each part is confirmed will it enter the next step. The advantage of doing this is to spot any possible errors in advance, avoiding waste of time and money.
In Process Quality Control
After the production conditions set is completed,our quality team will inspect the first shots of products, such as appearance check, measurement check, function test…. to confirm whether the mold/production is stable before the formal production, so as to avoid volume quality problem. Quality personnel will conduct a spot check every 2 hours to verify that the in-process were carried and completed properly, as described in the plan. If any errors discovered, the corrective actions will be followed up immediately.
Finished Products and Shipment Inspection
A product inspection is a systematic process of examining and evaluating products to ensure they meet the required quality standards. It involves checking the products against a golden sample or predefined criteria such as design specification, materials, dimension, functionality, packaging and more.
