We helped our US customer to finish a whole assembled hair device, including all the components production, blister packing, disc production, instruction sheet, and art package production, etc, then shipped the finished package to Amazon, Salon, and Walmart markets according to their instruction.

We started their project from their prototype and helped them optimize the design and drawing, and have completed several designs that are used for women and kids, these devices can be used for styling their hair with GEMs. The device has more than 10 plastic parts – ABS mostly but also a couple of parts are made in Delrin. We optimized their design to be more manufacturable with a few prototype tests until we finalize the design.

To provide them with a one-stop service, we worked with our disc partner to source the best and most cost-effective way to produce the discs with the crystals. It had been a really hard time for our engineering team to do much testing for the disc’s automatic production, now all the production lines are going smoothly and can meet 20K units of output per month.
