This is the bottom part of the food mixer product, it involves plastic parts, rubber parts, and die-casting parts, which are all completed in our factory.

The big metal housing is made by Zamark 3 with high glossy polishing and chrome plating to achieve a high-end quality surface effect. The flat metal plate is made of 1.4301 steel sheet and assembled with big metal housing by screwing. The black front panel was made with PC-ABS material and required processing with black painting and EMV conductive copper coating, and we helped our customer optimize the snap structure to better match assemble with the big metal part. The Silver Plastic knob is made with ABS material and processed with chrome plating. Black rubber parts are made with silicone rubber material.
